Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Training is an appointment only service where 1-4 people share a single strength coach’s time for an hour.

Think of the other few members like your squad. You’re here to get things done efficiently, and your squad can help you in more ways than you think. We try to keep people consistently working out with the same squad each week if schedules allow.

Your coach is your leader. They will take the reigns and guide you every step of the way. When you’re in the dark, they’re your lantern.

  • We do not run “group” workouts necessarily. You could have a completely different workout from other members, depending on your goals.

One on One Training

For those who prefer a “closed” private session, we offer varying times depending on the coach. During busy hours, it is much harder for us to limit to one member per coach.


Online Exercise Programming

Some people want to get after it on their own.

We provide remote exercise programming in the form of simple online spreadsheets that are individualized for you. We charge you for the time we put into making it for you.

We use the scientific principles of strength training to create programs that can help you adapt to anything you want to live for. Whether it’s building muscle, getting strong enough to pick up your grandkids, or training for high school sports. We’ve got your back.

Online Program Pricing:

  • 6 Weeks of Training - $100

    • Two periodized, 3 week “blocks” of training

    • 2-4 days per week, depending on your goals

    • When you complete all your workouts, we can create 6 new weeks and keep the good times rolling!
